This page shows the following technical guides for the online courses offered by Kainetik Learning Centre. Please click on the title of the guide you need, or simply scroll down this page.
- How to get the emails containing the course access information
- How to log in to the course site for the first time via the “Welcome” email
- How to log in to the course site if you forget your password
- How to attend live lessons and watch their recordings
- What to do when an ongoing live lesson lags or stops
1. How to get the emails containing the course access information
If there was only 1 email address entry on the sign up page, then this only email address that you have submitted is your course email address.
If there were 2 email address entries on the sign up page, then the second email address that you have submitted is your course email address.
(As a reminder, this second email address would have been reflected in the receipt email sent to the first email address too.)
The email(s) containing the course access information would have been sent to the course email address explained above.
If the course you signed up included a course site for you to access the on-demand learning resources, you would have received an email at your course email address with the word “Welcome” in its title.
(If you don’t see it in the primary view of your email app, please use the built-in search function to search for “Welcome”.)
If the course you signed up included live lessons, you would have received an email at your course email address with the word “BOOKMARK” in its title.
(If you don’t see it in the primary view of your email app, please use the built-in search function to search for “BOOKMARK”.)
*** For Hotmails, please check the [Junk] folder for the emails if you don’t see them in the Inbox.
2. How to log in to the course site for the first time via the "Welcome" email
The login instructions are stated in the “Welcome” email mentioned in the guide 1 above.
Essentially, click on the [Jump into the course] button inside the “Welcome” email, enter your course email address as the login ID, and then set your preferred password.
3. How to log in to the course site if you forget your password
Visit https://ikigai.kainetik.com/ and use the “Forgot your password?” feature to reset your password.
4. How to attend live lessons and watch their recordings
Your private link to the lessons and recordings homepage can be found inside the email with the word “BOOKMARK” in its title, mentioned in the guide 1 above.
Use your private link to attend all live lessons and to watch all the lesson recordings throughout the entire access period of the course.
If you cannot find this email with your private link, or have lost it, then please refer to the list below and click on the title of the course you have signed up.
The lessons and recordings homepage of your course will be opened with a [Log In] button at the top right corner of the page.
Click on the [Log In] button to enter your course email address, and you will be able to access the lessons and recordings on the page.

5. What to do when an ongoing live lesson lags or stops
If an ongoing live lesson is lagging or not viewable, please do a system requirements check at the link below :
https://www.bigmarker.com/system_check
If the lagging problem persists, you may try the following:
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Use another updated browser (Chrome will be best)
- Restart your device
- Use another device
If you have tried the above steps and you are still not able to view an ongoing live lesson, then it is likely that the presenter is facing some technical problem themselves. Please rest assure that the presenter will be trying their best to resume the lesson as soon as possible.
However, in case that a live lesson has to be stopped unexpectedly and cannot be resumed soon enough, then we will be making alternative arrangements and we will be informing everyone in the course via email as soon as possible.
We seek your patience and understanding when there are technical problems that affect an entire course. Thank you!
